1. Subject and controller
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website pizzerianerone.it ("the Site"), owned by Nerone Food Experience S.r.l. (VAT 04143490920). By browsing and using the Site you fully accept these Terms.
2. Informative nature of the content
The Site has an informative and promotional purpose regarding the restaurant business of Pizzeria Nerone. Information on dishes, ingredients, allergens, availability and prices is indicative and may vary: the information provided directly by the restaurant and by the ordering platform at the time of the order or booking prevails.
3. Bookings and orders
Table bookings and orders (takeaway and home delivery) are managed through the external platform Smart App Food. Use of that platform is subject to its respective terms and privacy notice. The Controller endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the information, without however assuming responsibility for the technical operation of third-party services.
4. Allergens and intolerances
Although we take particular care in gluten-free and lactose-free preparations, in a dedicated area, we invite people with serious allergies or intolerances to always report it to the staff. Information on allergens is available on request at the restaurant.
5. Use of the Site
The user undertakes to use the Site in compliance with the law and these Terms, not to cause harm to the Site or to third parties, not to attempt unauthorised access and to provide, in the contact forms, truthful data that is their own.
6. Intellectual property
The trademarks, logos, texts, images, videos and other content on the Site are the property of the Controller or of the respective rights holders and are protected by copyright and industrial property laws. Reproduction, even partial, without written authorisation is prohibited.
7. Links to third-party sites
The Site may contain links to third-party sites (e.g. the ordering platform, pizza-making courses, social networks). The Controller does not control such sites and is not responsible for their content or their privacy policies.
8. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the Controller is not liable for any interruptions, errors or damages arising from the use of the Site, nor for the accuracy or timeliness of the content, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of the consumer user.
9. Changes
The Controller may modify these Terms and the content of the Site at any time. Changes take effect from their publication on this page.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction, where applicable; otherwise the court of the Controller's registered office. For information: info@pizzerianerone.it.
