Since 2014 we have had an area completely separate from the kitchen, dedicated exclusively to gluten free: dedicated dough, reserved utensils and a separate oven, to guarantee the highest safety against contamination. It is a daily commitment that sets us apart and that our coeliac customers recognise and appreciate.
Leading our gluten-free area is Valentina, our pizza chef: coeliac, qualified and passionate, she knows first-hand the needs of those who cannot eat gluten. With dedication she prepares pizzas that are strictly gluten-free and lactose-free, taking care of every detail as she would for herself.
Long-matured dough, careful baking and selected ingredients: the result is a gluten-free pizza that is light, easy to digest and full of flavour. Because eating gluten-free should never mean eating worse.
Our attention to gluten-free extends all the way to dessert: we also offer gluten-free artisan desserts, prepared with the same care, so you can end your meal on a sweet note and with complete peace of mind.
